- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
- The product should be in its original condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees with fall and pico services completed.
- Customized or altered products.
- Made-to-order products.
- Designer blouses stitched to customer measurements.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share:

- Product Name
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approval of return requests is subject to verification.
4. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- The same product (replacement)
- A different available product of equal value
- Store credit, where applicable
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only after:
- The returned product is received and inspected.
- The return request is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and will be subject to the return policy after delivery.
9. Color and Design Variations
Please note:
- Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
- Minor weaving, embroidery, print, or handcrafted variations are natural characteristics of handloom and artisan products and are not considered defects.
Such variations are not eligible for return or refund.
10. Right to Refuse Returns
Bhanu Collections reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests if:
- The product shows signs of use.
- Tags or packaging are missing.
- The return request is made after the specified period.
- The item does not meet return eligibility requirements.
